“I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly“

“ And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,

And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.“

Genesis 19:6-7 KJV

“Brethren, do not so wickedly.” Lot was righteous and separated from the judgement of fire and brimstone that rained upon the Sodomites in the cities. Plagues will come but God has marked his people from being destroyed. Famine, pestilence and the sword as evil men and seducers wax worse and worse. Gross darkness and thick clouds. The day of the Lord is near and hastens quickly. Run to and fro in the streets and see if you can find one man who abhors evil and keeps the commandments. And I will pardon, says the Lord. But they hiss, Crucify him! So the King of Glory will come in clouds with his angels and ten thousands saints to execute vengeance upon the traitors of Christ and blasphemers of his name Jesus.
