Test and try the spirits whether they be of God. A mocking spirit is lord over many and some in particular. The Lord knows them that are His and they who love The Lord quench not His Spirit. God is a Spirit and speaks through His word by His Holy Spirit and gives utterance of His word to His servants. The mocking spirit is resident in reprobate believers in strong delusion that the gifts of the Holy Ghost have ceased. Know this, that all sins against the Son of God is forgiven of men if they repent. But to sin against the Holy Ghost one is in danger of hell fire with no place for repentance though sought after with strong crying and regret. Mockers of Pentecost are increased as the way of truth is evil spoken of and strange fire and excess in spiritual wickedness has fueled the gain-Sayers who deny the power of Christ. Having a dead letter form of godliness they deceive the simple minded, and mock on the Spirit of Christ with contempt and rage. This is the interpretation of the writing on the whited walls of hypocritical mockers: The Lord rules in the kingdom of men and sets up the basest of men. We see in these words of Jesus that the sinner is not naturally inclined to salvation or taste "new wine".

When the sins are ever before the troubled soul, there is no rest or consolation in the flesh.
The pleasure of sin has ceased. "Tribulation and anguish upon every soul that sins".

The word of God judges all men of sin.

Some of us know that the whole world lies in wickedness.
And others we know, must be saved with fear, 
hating even their garment spotted by the flesh.
Those who convert a sinner from a besetting sin (not unto death) covers a multitude of sins. But the harvest is passed into judgement, beginning in the house of the Lord where the righteous are scarcely saved, and the people are as babes in understanding, not discerning between good and evil.
These are not "babes in Christ", but seasoned sinners, who have always been at enmity against God because they are carnal, and prefer the old wine, "because they say, "the old is better". They profess they know God, but in works they are abominable, and concerning the faith: reprobate. refusing correction and despising the chastening of the Lord.  Although they had tasted of the pure word of God and received the blessing of God's Holy Spirit, they were offended when persecution and temptations arise, testing their faith and found of them fainting because they have no meat. Alas, they have no oil because they are foolish Jesters and mockers. Bastards, not sons.

The word of God is the holy seed. It is incorruptible. To be born again into the Word by the Holy  Spirit is the will of the Father.

 "No man can come to the Father except by Me", Jesus said.

Many are gathered together inside churches by "vain words and fair speeches." 
THEY THAT SEEK AFTER LYING VANITIES FORSAKE THEIR OWN MERCY.
Those inside are unable to come out because of strong delusion. FROM THE LEAST OF THEM TO THE GREATEST, THEY ARE ALL GIVEN OVER TO COVETOUSNESS. The priests rule by their means, the pastors teach for hire, and the prophets divine for money. So, they wrap it up. The best of them is sharper than a thorn hedge. Their words are smooth as butter but their tongues are full of deceit, set on the fire of hell.
