"godliness with contentment is great gain."

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things;
and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Fight the good fight of faith,
lay hold on eternal life,
whereunto thou art also called,
and hast professed a good profession
before many witnesses.

(‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭6-12‬ KJV)

I called my servant, and he gave me no answer

He hath put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are verily estranged from me. My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me. They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight. I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I entreated him with my mouth. My breath is strange to my wife, though I entreated for the children's sake of mine own body. Yea, young children despised me; I arose, and they spake against me. All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me. (‭Job‬ ‭19‬:‭13-19‬ KJV)

his name is called The Word of God.

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;
and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True,
and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns;
and he had a name written,
that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:
and his name is called The Word of God.

And the armies which were in heaven

followed him upon white horses,
clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword,
that with it he should smite the nations:
and he shall rule them with a rod of iron:
and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness
and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture
and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LORDS.

(‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭11-16‬ KJV)

Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid

And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship,
and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.
And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray:
and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves:
for the wind was contrary.

And in the fourth watch of the night
Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea,
they were troubled, saying,
It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying,
Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

And Peter answered him and said,
Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
And he said, Come.

And when Peter was come down
out of the ship, he walked on the water,
to go to Jesus.

But when he saw the wind boisterous,
he was afraid; and beginning to sink,
he cried, saying, Lord, save me.

And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand,
and caught him, and said unto him,
O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

Then they that were in the ship
came and worshipped him, saying,
Of a truth thou art the Son of God!

(‭Matthew‬ ‭14‬:‭22-33‬ KJV)

"Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled."

THE SCRIPTURES MUST BE FULFILLED

Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?
In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords
and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me. But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.

Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

(‭Matthew‬ ‭26‬:‭53-56‬ KJV)
