Out from the abyss the angel of darkness with a host of evil angels will vex the sinners of the world to receive the mark of the beast in their minds so that they will perform wickedness continually as in the days of Noah they drank, they made merry and exchanged gifts until it rained fire and brimstone upon them as Sodom and Gomorrah were examples to those generations of vipers that would follow abusing mankind with unnatural affections. These kind are given over to a reprobate mind because God has rejected them.
