"I WILL, BE THOU CLEAN". +EKKLESIA, message 10

Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
(‭Psalms‬ ‭51‬:‭2‬ KJV)

"And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying,

Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 

And Jesus put forth his hand, 

and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean.

And immediately his leprosy was cleansed."

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ KJV)

"Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults. 

Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: 

then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression."

The good news of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ is that there is forgiveness 

and remission of sin through the blood of the Lamb, "slain before the foundation of the world", the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, "bearing the iniquities of us all...

yet we esteemed him stricken of God and afflicted." (Isaiah 53: 3,4)

Who believes the Word?
"He whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!"

"For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death,
we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him,
that the body of sin might be destroyed,
that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin." (‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭5-7‬ KJV)

To whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?
He that hath clean hands and a pure heart.
