Jesus is the Baptizer of the Holy Ghost and with fire. This fire is only for true believers. It is a purging fire that burns away the dross and causes the true believer to bear more fruit unto holiness. On the other hand, the wicked lie in wait to catch a true believer stumble and fall so they can pounce on him like jackals. So a true believer born again by the Spirit of God and purged from all iniquity has the power or authority to invoke the name of Jesus while executing the judgement that is written.
