Dwelling in the gall of bitterness and bound up in iniquity, you profess wisdom that is foolishness from a reprobate mind. Changing the moral laws of God into perverseness, going after strange flesh, defiling the marriage bed, and shedding innocent blood. The rod of wickedness has come forth by the corruption that is in the world through lust. God promised with the sign of the rainbow he would not destroy the world again by a flood. Proud transgressors - who cannot blush - fulfill their lusts without shame. As the whole world lies in wickedness, reserved unto fire. What manner of men ought we to be? Seeing how the elements shall burn with fervent heat and the mountains shall move out of place. Prepare to meet the great God, Jesus Christ the Lord, who will appear in clouds of glory, suddenly at the sound of the trumpet, With ten thousands of his saints and an innumerable host of holy angels. To execute vengeance upon all the ungodly and all their ungodly deeds. Their blasphemies and cruel mockings and rage against the Christ of God, who will destroy the works of the devil and all the kingdoms of the world by the brightness of His Coming and the sword proceeding out of his mouth.
