The Comforter brings peace in the midst of the storm.

“And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.”      (Revelation‬ ‭19:5-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬)

A peculiar people set apart "called to be saints"
"Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the LORD in prayer"
Dear sister Fanny Crosby wrote the song, "What a friend we have in Jesus!"

The Comforter brings peace in the midst of the storm. The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus "quickens our mortal bodies". The daily grind of an evil generation can vex and wear down the saints. "peace, be still!" WHAT MANNER OF MAN IS THIS THAT EVEN THE WIND AND SEA OBEY HIM? Jesus Christ. The Word made flesh, yet without sin. THE HIGH PRIEST OF OUR PROFESSION. THE CHIEF SHEPHERD AND BISHOP OF OUR SOULS. THE JUST ONE. THE HOLY ONE. THE ALMIGHTY. Tempted at all points as we are. "A man of sorrows, acquainted with grief" HE CAME UNTO HIS OWN, AND HIS OWN RECEIVED HIM NOT. Because He was perfect. HE SAID, GOD WAS HIS FATHER.
"THIS IS MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED."

“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
‭‭(Psalms‬ ‭2 KJV‬‬)

LET US LAY ASIDE THE WEIGHT AND THE  SIN THAT SO EASILY BESETS US
THAT WE MAY RUN THE RACE AND FINISH THE COURSE.
"Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith"

AND REMEMBER THE WARNINGS OF THE APOSTLES:
That in the last days there would be mockers.
“These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭17:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬
