The Comforter brings peace in the midst of the storm.

“And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. The Comforter brings peace in the midst of the storm. The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus "quickens our mortal bodies". The daily grind of an evil generation can vex and wear down the saints. "peace, be still!" WHAT MANNER OF MAN IS THIS THAT EVEN THE WIND AND SEA OBEY HIM? Jesus Christ. The Word made flesh, yet without sin. THE HIGH PRIEST OF OUR PROFESSION. THE CHIEF SHEPHERD AND BISHOP OF OUR SOULS. THE JUST ONE. THE HOLY ONE. THE ALMIGHTY. Tempted at all points as we are. "A man of sorrows, acquainted with grief" HE CAME UNTO HIS OWN, AND HIS OWN RECEIVED HIM NOT. Because He was perfect. HE SAID, GOD WAS HIS FATHER.
"THIS IS MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED."

THAT WE MAY RUN THE RACE AND FINISH THE COURSE.
